Kristilee is one of Australia’s leading piano bar entertainers and her comedy/cabaret alter ego, LuLu LaMarr, Cabaret Star, is a multiple award winner.

But that’s not all! Along with rollicking piano bar gigs, she has written and performed in critically acclaimed comedy shows, fronted jazz ensembles, belted out lead roles in musical theatre, and written and recorded award-winning original music.

Until the ‘virus that shall not be named’ descended, Kristilee and LuLu were based in London, storming the international comedy and cabaret scenes. Despite the many challenges of the pandemic, LuLu soldiered on, continuing to entertain her adoring fans via Instagram and Facebook

Now back in Melbourne, Kristilee is embracing the life of a writer and piano bar chanteuse and spent much of the past year playing piano gigs at Melbourne's Crown Casino.

An avid traveller, Kristilee has a wealth of international experience. What began as a one-month contract playing solo shows in a piano bar in Dresden, Germany, led to a whirlwind of travelling, playing and sampling the gastronomic delights of Europe, Scandinavia, the UK and Morocco. Kristilee has delighted audiences in, among many other places: a thermal spa resort, Tirolean Alps, Austria; an Australian bar, Dresden, Germany; a Brazilian bar, Dresden, Germany; The Parkhotel Laurin, Bolzano, Italy; the Casablanca Hyatt, Morocco; and (accidentally) with 1,000 accordionists aboard a Baltic Ferry sailing between Stockholm and Helsinki.

Kristilee's adventures in far-flung piano bars inspired her to write and star in Melbourne Comedy Festival hit show Ramblings, which garnered a glowing four-star review in The Age and was staged two years in a row.

Deciding it was time to hit the high seas (there's literally nowhere she won't go), Kristilee inspired audiences with New Orleans-style gospel sets with the Peter Meijers Quartet (Holland America), and brought the party vibe in the Carnival Spirit’s Shanghai Piano Bar.

Kristilee has shared the stage with some of Australia’s best performers. Among them are Debra Byrne, Casey Bennetto, Scott Edgar, Bernard Curry, Kylie Auldist and Nina Ferro. She has hit the high notes at the Edinburgh Festival and belted out a few tunes with the original Blues Brothers Band at London’s legendary jazz club Ronnie Scott’s.

Dedicated to constantly honing her craft, Kristilee has studied acting at NIDA (Aus), RADA (London) & Actors Studio (London).

Bringing a unique combination of talents, experience and passion to every performance, Kristilee is a dynamic and versatile performer.
